Accept Credit & Debit Cards

With BlueFire you will quickly be accepting Credit and Debit cards for donations. We help our clients get approved for a merchant account, allowing them to accept these donations directly and professionally. And, when your donors take a look at their statements, they see the name of your organization, not a service or financial intermediary.

Unlimited Events

With BlueFire you can create and manage events at no additional charge – it comes standard. Create an event, accept payments and monitor registrations all in one place. You can also request additional registration info for each attendee. For example, you could take t-shirt sizes for each registrant.

Donor Accounts - An Option

Your donors will be able to create accounts to manage their billing details and recurring transactions. Giving is easy for donors with accounts. But, these accounts are optional with BlueFire. Donors do not need to create an account to give, even if it is a recurring gift.

Funds Directly Deposited, Quickly

Your donations will be deposited directly to your organization's banking account. No snail-mail delay or extra bank runs. And we deposit your money quickly – credit & debit funds are usually deposited within 48 hours. Afterall, it is your money.

Accept e-Checks Donations

Using the banking system's Automated Clearing House (ACH), BlueFire can enable your organization to take donations from e-Check. Donors visiting your website will be able to enter their bank account number and routing number (found at the bottom of their checks) to donate directly from their bank account to yours. It is a great alternative for those who do not have credit and debit cards.

Reporting Tools

BlueFire's reporting tools were designed to give each organization instant access to the status of their online donations. Authorized users from each organization are given acces to a special management portal. Here they find charts, statistics, transaction lists and export features.

Accountants Are Our Friends

We try to keep the number guys and number gals happy. We are proactive in getting the feedback of accountants as we are constantly trying to make BlueFire even more easy to use. BlueFire's CSV transaction exports can be imported into many different accounting programs. And we're always open to working with the individual needs of organizations when it comes to accounting and bookkeeping.

Fraud Prevention Tools

While fraud rarely occurs in the form of donations, BlueFire has built-in protections against this type of crime. Using card security codes, address verification services and other advanced fraud detection systems, we are ready and eqiupped to prevent this type of abuse.
